By popular demand, I am very excited to be offering our career workshops for women.
Putting time by to plan a career and focus on how to get more from work can be tricky, especially for women who have many demands on their time. In this workshop, we take time to consider what you want from your career and how to get it!
Who are the Workshops for?
This workshop is for you if you:

- Thinking of a change of direction but not sure what that is?
- Want to build self confidence in the workplace?

If any of these sound like you, then you need to sign up to our one day workshop.
What does it involve?
In these interactive and results focussed workshops, we cover the areas of:
who are you - what are your experiences, transferable skills, strengths, interests and work values
what do you want - what sort of work fits your needs and talents
how do you get there - how you fill the gaps between where you are and where you want to be
In order to understand what work suits you and what you want from work, it is important to understand yourself. Through a variety of techniques, such as questionnaires and co-coaching, we explore your experiences, your personality, your transferable skills and your interests.
Everyone has different needs from work, so we look at what your work values are and what your vision is for your career. We then look at where you are and where you want to be to – to build realistic action plans to career success to tackle possible blockers and facilitate change.
To ensure you are making progress and actioning your action plans, we will arrange a follow-up, one to one meeting coaching session for a couple of weeks after the workshop.
