Career Development Workshops
Career Development Workshops are run with the objective of facilitating your employees understanding of their unique skills and strengths, to propel your managers and teams to higher levels of effectiveness and success. Some of the most powerful tools for success are self-knowledge and self-awareness and these workshops have been developed specifically to sharpen these tools. The aim is to build self-awareness, to learn more about others, and to clarify life and career objectives.
Career Transitions and Turning Points Workshops
This workshop is designed to help employees faced with corporate layoffs, restructuring or reassignment and with the planning of redundancy. The Transitions Workshop is a highly empathetic and sensitive approach to career counselling, including recognition and discussion of the special problems and challenges facing people when their lives are disrupted and they need to focus on new direction and focus.
