Executive Assessment
Working Career can support you and your organisation in the selection and development of senior positions. This service is only delivered by consultants who are highly experienced in executive assessment. We work in collaboration with you to understand the operational context and the competencies required to be successful in your organisation. We use rigorous objective assessment processes as a starting point to support discussions with executives, both internal and external, to understand their attributes and past experience.
Our services include:
- Supporting senior level selection and development initiatives with rigorous objective assessments
- Provision of one-to-one assessment at senior levels relevant to your, competency models, and the provision of feedback to client and candidate, including detailed written report
- Coaching subsequent to assessment work
Examples of the work our team has completed:
- Providing feedback to Managing Director of start up FMCG organisation on Sales Director candidates’ performance on ability tests and personality profile to support preparation for final stage of selection process.
- Coaching manager over six month period following assessment process to successfully make the transition into position.
- Design and roll out, including training Selection Panel and management of integration session to make final decision, of bespoke assessment processes for Chief Executive position at a major charity.
