We run training and development workshops on areas where our experience and occupational psychology can have an impact on the successful performance of people in your organisation including Skills Development Workshops.
Skills development Workshops will be bespoke, depending on training needs analysis but the following examples give a flavour of the type of work we can carry out:
Assessment Skills
Having skilled assessors at your Assessment or Development Centres can dramatically increase the effectiveness of the outcome. Our Assessor Training Worshops build up competence in best practice selection processes in your organisation.
Outplacement Support
Change and re-organisation are a reality at work. We can provide processes to support people going through redundancy including skils such as job search, CV writing and interview training. We also provide redundancy counselling.
Interview Skills
Selecting the right people is, of course vital to the success of your organisation. In this workshop, we share up to date research on selection processes combined with hands on practical experience in a safe environment.
Performance Management Workshop
Many organisations have an appraisal system but often this is not delivering the benefits promised. This workshop, which will use your system, is design to provide managers with the skills to manage performance for success.
