At Working Career, my values shape everything I do as a coach and psychologist.
Growth & Learning – I believe in lifelong development, guiding professionals to unlock potential and embrace new opportunities.
Integrity & Authenticity – Coaching works best when it’s honest, transparent, and true to who you are.
Resilience & Courage – I draw on my own experience of endurance challenges to help clients build resourcefulness and confidence in their careers.
Freedom & Choice – Everyone deserves a career that fits them. I empower clients to explore options and create fulfilling paths forward.
Connection & Community – Coaching is a partnership, and I value the human connection that drives meaningful change.
Well-being & Balance – Sustainable success comes when energy, health, and balance are prioritised.
Non-judgement & Respect : I offer support and positive regard; I do not judge you. We are all different; we all need different things from work and life.
Positivity & humour: Things can get bad, but there is always an upside.
