Career Development Coaching
Coaching to help you play to your strengths, grow with purpose, and plan your career with confidence.
Do you feel stuck, unmotivated, or overlooked at work? Perhaps you’ve been working hard but not progressing, or you’re unsure how to take the next step in your career. Maybe your team or organisation needs support to reignite motivation and plan for the future.
At Working Career, I offer Career Development Coaching and Career Development Programmes for individuals, as well as Career Development Workshops for organisations. Whether you’re aiming for promotion, seeking more meaning and purpose, or simply want to get more from your working life, I can help.
Why Career Development Coaching?
You spend thousands of hours at work — so it’s important to feel engaged, motivated, and fulfilled. Yet many professionals find themselves:
Feeling stale, stuck, or unmotivated in their current role
Overlooked for promotions and unsure why
Lacking a clear career plan during reviews or appraisals
Unsure how to align their strengths with future opportunities
Struggling to balance day-to-day demands with long-term growth
Career development coaching gives you the space to reflect, explore options, and create a clear action plan for your future.
