COVID-19 has brought changes to working practices, and greater uncertainty about the future. This is in addition to the stress faced by many at work, which may including increasing time pressure, a heavy workload and frequent changes in people and technology. Your confidence and resilience to survive and thrive have become paramount. The focus in our Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching is on developing your insights and skills to enhance job satisfaction, performance and wellbeing at work.

The coaching is completely tailored to you and what you want to achieve. We also provide wellbeing workshops for organisations.

Fortunately, stress management and resilience skills can be learnt. In the coaching and workshops, a range of psychological techniques are used, to help you change mindsets, develop new skills and habits, and find new ways of being that allow positive changes in wellbeing to emerge.

The sort of wellbeing goals addressed in wellbeing coaching and workshops can include to:

How Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching works

Coaching is tailored to your needs and goals and provides you with techniques to help you to cope with work and daily life. This might include practical tools to achieve calm and relaxation and action plans for you to take forward in your life.

A typical format for our Resilience and Confidence at Work Coaching is between two and six meetings of 60-90 minutes. This will, however, be tailored to your needs.

You may just want to focus on resilience at work, or alternatively just confidence in the workplace, it is entirely up to you.

How Wellbeing Workshops work

The workshops are tailored to your needs and goals. Examples of Wellbeing workshops are:

The workshops can be educational or interactive and from 1 hour to days, depending on requirements.

I am Diana Dawson, Founder of Working Career. As an Executive and Career Coach, I have worked with organisations and individuals to be more resilient and happy at work.

I am an Accredited Master Coach with the Association for Coaching, a Coaching Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with nearly 20 years of experience in the field. I have worked with people from different sectors and backgrounds to cope and flourish at work.

Who are the resilience and wellbeing coaching and workshops for?

If you are a professional individual and feel you need support with managing your wellbeing at work, you may find coaching to be hugely beneficial. All you need is to be open to change and willing to put in the work to make success happen.

How are the coaching and workshops delivered?

All our coaching is one-to-one with Diana Dawson, an Accredited Master Coach with the Association of Coaching. Diana is also a qualified Career Counsellor, an experienced Career and Executive Coach, a cognitive behavioural therapist and a qualified Business Psychologist. She also has a Diploma in Stress Management and Resilience.

Coaching is delivered remotely by Zoom, Skype or telephone.

Currently, workshops are also held remotely and delivered by Diana.

Is there a specific start date, or can I start the coaching at any time?

Depending on your and Diana’s availability, you can start at any time.

How long does the coaching for resilience and wellbeing take?

This will depend on how many coaching sessions we have agreed to and when these are going to be. Generally these take place weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We will discuss this in our discovery session.
