Find a Job Fast

Are you, or people in your team or organisation looking for a new job or been made redundant and don’t know where to start finding a job?

We offer career coaching and outplacement services, to get people back to work as soon as possible.

For individuals:

Have you have been made redundant and have been out of the job market for a long time, and do not know where or how to start looking for a job?

Is it time for a change and do you want a strategy to find an exciting new role?

Have you been on a career break for a while and do not know how finding a new job works now?

If you have been out of the job market for a while, it can be quite confusing as to how people get new jobs. In years gone by, a job search was simply a case of checking the newspaper to find a job to send your CV to. Things have changed – and how. I have been working with people and their careers for nearly twenty years, and have seen how things have changed over the years. We have gone from looking in newspapers for jobs to applying for jobs online, to having brief meetings with line managers to having our own LinkedIn profiles and sometimes our own personal websites and interview videos.

I can help you with your job search strategy, whether that is creating discovering which approaches to take or helping you with your CV, application forms, LinkedIn profiles and interviews.

For organisations:

Maybe you have had to cut back on team members due to Covid and want to support them finding positions, so are looking for some outplacement services?

Rather than a big outplacement company, you are looking to give the people leaving your organisation a personal service with a professional career expert?

Your organisation is relocating and there are going to be mass redundancies. You are looking to support people in their transition to new roles?

For organisations, I can provide one to one career coaching and “Find a job Workshops”. Depending on your requirement I can create engaging and sensitive workshops to help individuals find their way to a new job.

How Do “Find a Job Fast” Career Coaching and Workshops work?

After an initial discussion, we would decide what the best approach is to find a new job for you or people in the organisation.

This could include:
